Exchange or return instructions
Items purchased at www.bradleysbs.com may be returned within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the product.
The first return is free, for the rest of returns the customer will be charged with the return costs that will be discounted from the final amount to be returned. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, if there were any.
* The first refund is free for Spain Peninsular and Portugal. The rest of the areas will have to assume the return expenses.
Refund of the amount
Once we receive the package in our facilities, we will proceed to verify that the product is in perfect condition. The refund of the amount will be made through the same initial payment method. The amount will be reflected in the account within 15 days of the return is approved, this period may vary depending on each bank.
In Bradleys Bs. we do not make changes of color or model, to make a change it is necessary to request a return (the first return is free) and make a new order. The term of change is 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the product.
Erroneous or defective products
If you have received a wrong or defective product, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will indicate you the steps to follow. The return costs are at our expense and the amount to be returned will include the initial shipping costs, in case of requesting the refund of the amount.
Remember that in the case of gifts, the refund of the return will be made in favor of the credit card that made the payment of the product.
The following requirements must be met so that the return / exchange is accepted by Bradleys Bs .:
That the product is returned in perfect condition, without signs of having been used.
Containing both its original packaging and all the contents of its interior (adhesives, bags and / or other elements). If this is not the case, the product will suffer a depreciation.
That the product has not suffered any damage due to improper use.
Orders that have benefited from a 2 × 1 promotion or a gift item must be returned all together to receive a refund.
In case the return has been rejected for not fulfilling any of the requirements mentioned above, the customer will have 3 months to collect and / or withdraw their order from the central facilities, taking charge of the collection costs. If in 3 months it has not been collected, the package will be delivered to the beneficiary.
Return / Exchange protocol
To make a return or change, it is necessary to follow the following indications:
- Send us an email to email@example.com
- Indicates in the subject “Return” or “Change” and includes in the mail the order number
- Fill in the “Changes and returns” sheet that you will find in the order. Do not forget to enter it along with the invoice in the package to be returned.
- Request the pick-up of the package by calling our Nacex transport agency at 965 46 63 50. We recommend that you keep a proof of delivery.
