This website has two shipping modes for SPAIN (Peninsula) and PORTUGAL, whose prices you can see during the purchase process. One of them is called “standard” and takes an approximate time of 3 to 6 days. The other shipment is called “express” and will have a higher cost than the standard, choosing the express delivery your order will arrive in a maximum of 48 hours counting from the following day to the reception of the order. With few exceptions and for productive reasons, all orders received after Thursday at 8:00 p.m. will be prepared for shipment on Friday and will be shipped on Monday.
Instead, for INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, there will only be one shipping mode, whose prices may vary depending on the destination. These prices will appear in the shopping cart during the purchase process. And you will receive your order in a maximum of 9 days.
In case of change, we will assume the shipping costs (except international shipments), as long as it is send through the agency that we indicate you. If you wish to change your article, we would ask you to keep all the original packaging to proceed with the change. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number. You have a period of 14 natural days from the receipt of your order to return it if you are not really satisfied with your purchase, we will ask you to keep all the original packaging to proceed with its return. This website has 3 options of payment. You can pay with your credit or debit card through our payment gateway, remember that the connection to our website is encrypted under the SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) protocol, you will be able to see a green padlock next to our domain name that indicates that the connection with our site is totally private. You can also pay through PayPal, there you have an excellent consumer protection service. The last one is the bank transfer, this option is the least recommended since the shipment is delayed until we verify that we have received the payment in our account.
